Terms of delivery
We use the services of LAPOSTE, CHRONOPOST and UPS for the shipment and delivery of your orders. Rates and delivery times vary according to the weight of your items and the destination country linked to your delivery address, which you enter when you place your order.To give you a direct view of the shipping costs on your order, you can estimate the delivery costs in your basket, via the “Estimate” function.The estimated delivery time starts as soon as your order is dispatched, not when it is placed on the site.
Following your order confirmation, your parcel will be prepared and dispatched within two working days. Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. In periods of sales or promotions, preparation and/or dispatch times may be extended. You will receive an email informing you when your order has been dispatched. The status of your order is visible at all times in your account, on the “Order History” page, where you can also find the tracking number of your parcel to follow its progress. Packages are delivered against signature to the delivery address indicated on your order confirmation. If you are absent, the deliveryman will leave a calling card inviting you to make an appointment for delivery at a later date, or will leave your parcel waiting at a post office or pickup point, or may leave your parcel with a janitor or neighbor. Parcels waiting at a post office or pickup point are held for an average of 10 to 15 days. If you are unable to collect your parcel in time, it will be returned to us. We will get back to you as soon as we receive your parcel at the warehouse, so that we can work out a solution together. Majestic Filatures cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delivery delays beyond its control.

Express home delivery in France
This Express Delivery service is provided by Chronopost.
Your parcel will be delivered to your home within 1 to 2 working days after validation and preparation of your order.
If you place your order before 11am from Monday to Friday on our website, your parcel will be delivered to your home, according to the indicative delivery time, the day after it is dispatched before 1pm. For orders placed after 11am, you will receive your parcel the following day.
On Friday, if the order is placed before 11am, you will receive it on Saturday. If the order is placed after 11am, your parcel will be prepared and dispatched on the following Monday, so you will receive it on Tuesday before 1pm (Chronopost does not collect parcels at weekends).
You will receive an email as soon as your parcel has been handed over to the Chronopost carrier. You can also track your parcel by retrieving the tracking information on your account in your order history.
